2. AI & Medical Disclaimer

The output provided by our AI software is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a definitive medical diagnosis. Licensed dental professionals must verify all AI-generated insights before making treatment decisions. Ishara Solutions is not liable for any clinical errors resulting from the sole reliance on our AI tools.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features (e.g., Clinic Management Dashboard), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, algorithms (including our AI models), text, and graphics contained on this website and within our products are the intellectual property of Ishara Solutions and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We take patient data privacy seriously. Our platforms are designed to be HIPAA compliant. However, as a user, you are responsible for ensuring that you obtain necessary patient consents before inputting Personal Health Information (PHI) into our systems. 6. Payment & Subscription

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your access to our services.
